Apartment very well equipped and located 400 m. from Port beach and 400 m. from the Plaça Major de Llançà. It has 3 double bedrooms (one suite type with bathroom and dressing room, one with a double bed and another with a trundle bed), lounge-dining room, separate kitchen, shower, terrace with awning and rear patio. Equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and TV (with French channels too). Centralized air conditioning. It has a parking space in the community garage. The area where it is located is privileged, close to both the Villa and the Port of Llançà. [hidden]
