The house is on a small complex of similar conversions situated in glorious countryside between the villages of Dwyran and Newborough in the south west corner of Anglesey. Access is along a gravelled track off the coast road with parking in the private gated courtyard (there's and EV charger here). Enter into the oak framed porch- an ideal place to leave coats, boots and beach gear after a day abroad. The main living area is off to the left- a huge space made apparantely larger thanks to the open ceilings and plenty of light from the windows each side. You'll find the kitchen and dining areas here as well as the living area, centred around the wood burning stove at the gable end. French windows lead out to the patio and garden from here.
Continue along the corridor to the other side and you'll find the four beautiful bedrooms- two of these are SuperKing beds (one can be made as a twin on request and the other has an ensuite shower room), one is a double and the last is a bunk room. There is also a fresh family bathroom with bath and separate shower. French windows lead out to the gardens or courtyard from all the bedrooms.
The garden is a delight- private and generous. The patio is just off the kitchen which means that the adults can relax over an al fresco meal or with a drink in front of the firepit while the younger members of the group amuse themselves on the various climbing frames and swings. Pass through the garden gate and you'll find an acre of private paddock, a very peaceful spot to sit on the tree swing contemplating the views of the mountains beyond the sea.
