「Wir hatten ein Premiumzimmer mit tollem Ausblick, leider hatten unsere Zimmernachbar auch einen „tollen“ Ausblick in unser Zimmer, die Balkonbegrenzungen sollten höher sein. Das Zimmer war sonst sehr schön, vorallem die Farbgestaltung hat überzeugt.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Laubbläserarbeiten könnten zu einer anderen Zeit (nicht zur Frühstückszeit) stattfinden.」

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」
