「The room smell like somebody had just smoked a cigarette in there. The hairdryer was not plugged in because it wasn’t working because the wall outlet was cracked and wouldn’t reset - I notified reception and I don’t think they gave any Fs」

「The room was clean. There was no staff. We were greeted by a kiosk, foreigner that I couldn’t understand. The parking was good. The air-conditioning was poor because there were people smoking outside and the smoke was coming into the room so it smelled terrible of cigarettes. The property was filthy dirty. The inside of the whole carpeting were dirty. The parking lot was dirty. The only thing that was clean there was my room, but the bathtub was questionable.」
