Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 190 m² house with wifi in Locmariaquer, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 500 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: two single beds
- Bedroom 2: two single beds joined to form a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: One queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: Trundle bed (sleeps 2)
- Two bathrooms with shower
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 500 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Locmariaquer, where a small cove is a 15-minute walk away. To access the shops, a car will be required.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- A camera is installed on the furniture in the entrance hall, but it is systematically unplugged at each rental. You can also disconnect it yourself if necessary. Another camera is located in the garden.

Autonomous arrival mandatory: Access to accommodation is from 5:00 pm. Keys are to be collected from a key box on site.
