“The apartment is okay. In the photos, it looks like a high-standard place, but when I arrived, it was clear that it has been used by many guests. The beds were broken, there was no cable for the TV, and the bathroom had a very bad smell — at first, I thought there was a sewage leak, and the bathroom even got flooded. “Terrible communications. Requested checkin instruction 3 times each of the 3 days before my arrival in Poland without any reply. I had to phone the office when I arrived in the city 2 hours before checking in to find the apartment and get instructions for access. Then the instructions and codes given were incorrect and I was locked out of the apartment block. Was unable to get through on the phone, just got a Polish voicemail message, but was eventually able to get the problem solved on……
