It is an older building so keep that in mind. I think for how old it is the housekeepers do a pretty good job. The fan in the bathroom was falling down and there were stains on the walls. But I really did appreciate how they gave the option of having 3 queen beds in a room. Saved tons of money not having to get 2 rooms. The breakfast was nice, simple and sufficient. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Room was clean. A big problem at check-in as I request requested an ADA room I was told they were sold out. There were other problems with the key battery Broken knob on the tall floor lamp Heater/AC needed to be reset by the manager on duty Bedding was shattered and torn Three minutes after nine when breakfast closed, I was denied OK to get coffee. However, the coffee pot was empty. Definitely not worth 90 bucks

We checked in late. Took 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. When asked if the room was clean we were told smugly" you're at a two-star hotel..." This two star hotel was not cheap

Clean and Quiet

Clean and quiet, so everyone knows this facility does not have elevator but if u can take stairs they will book you on the bottom floor. They have a indoor pool. Nice stay for a night while traveling thru

Bed Bugs! First off this hotel was filthy. The carpets in all areas of the hotel needed vacuuming. The TV didn’t work. I woke up at 2am because of a bed bug biting me. I found it and killed it after taking pictures. I went to the front desk and Billy accused me of bringing the bed bug to their hotel. Then when I assured him I had not he said “what would you like me to do?” Very snotty. So I packed up and left at 2am! I would NEVER recommend this hotel and the customer service was horrible!

It was clean and well taken care of with a good continental breakfast. Things were just sorta run down, but for the price, you really cant go wrong. The staff were also very kind and helpful. We will return if we need to get a pet friendly hotel in Logan again.
