The Hocking Cottage: 3 bedroom on 10 acres w/ WiFi, Hot Tub, Arcades + Fire Pit

Completely renovated and remodeled, The Hocking Cottage features 10 acres of freedom on your way into the Hills. Situated just 3 miles from town, The Hocking Cottage is perfectly placed for day trips out to the caves (7 miles), and other trips into the city center of Logan.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this navy abode boasts high speed Spectrum internet, 70" smart tv, hot tub, good cell coverage, gas log and electric fireplaces, washer/dryer, and a video game/arcade room (titles are subject to change).

On the main level you'll find 2 queen bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Kitchen, main living area with 70" smart-tv, and the electric fireplace are all on this level. 

In the basement you'll find a lower level seating area with gas log fireplace, and a separate bedroom with 2 twin beds. A toilet and sink are next to the bedroom and a separate shower can be found through the arcade. Access to washer/dryer is on the lower level. We also feature a foosball table, poker table, and board games.

The outdoor propane grill and dining for the entire group can be found right off the back steps. The four-person hot tub and a fire pit under the stars is just beyond that.

Additional guests (up to 6 total) are at a rate of approximately $27/person/night.

FOR FAMILY STYLE TRIPS OR MULTI-GENERATIONAL STAYS:
All ages welcome! We can accommodate a combination of up to 6 total adults/children. Infants under 24 months at your time of arrival do not count toward your totals. Only the booking agent must prove to be 25+ years of age.

FOR ADULT-ONLY GETAWAYS, SOCIAL GATHERINGS, WORK RETREATS, OR FRIEND/COUPLES TRIPS:
We can accept a maximum guest count of 6 adults. All adults attending must be 25+ years of age.

Parking area can sustain 4 vehicles.
