「Das schon äußerlich schöne Haus ist bestens und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die große Einbauküche beinhaltet Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Gasherd mit Selbstzündung, Geschirrspüler. Das gesamte Mobiliar ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig, z.B. das Lederbett mit festen Matratzen. Die sehr große Terrasse, mit Blick auf den Lago di Mezzola und die Berge ringsum, ist mit Sonnenliegen, Tisch und Stühlen gut ausgestattet. Der Service ist einmalig.
