Airport shuttle was on time and without additional costs; there is an amazing restaurant just south of the hotel; place was clean with security. There are no activities within walking distance; the breakfast was only bread, pineapple, and hard boiled eggs which set me back an astonishing $15 per person. WiFi was limited.

La chambre était correcte, bonne taille, propre et connectée. Dommage que le frigo, pourtant en place dans la chambre, ne soit pas branché. Le personnel a été professionnel, disponible et courtois.

This is a well kept and classy place, quite clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The service is decent (but staff do not speak much English and you may need to be patient until they understand you if in English). They are willing to meet requests if at all possible. I’ve stayed there twice and would do it again.

Good spot in Lome

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a couple of awkward taxi rides for us that wouldn't have been easy on a taxi app. The bar seemed to be open 24 hours which was useful. Security on the door were always at hand when needed. The only small issue was a couple of dead Cockroaches in the room but you do have to remember that this is Togo and bugs are always going to be not too far away. I would stay here again if visiting Lome.

The staff very nice and friendly. The food served at the restaurant is okay. The bathrooms need some upgrades and cleaning. I requested a shuttle from the airport in advance but nobody came to pick me up. Internet was not working in my room so I got upgraded to another room where the Internet was working but unstable (I had hard time working remotely from my room). We had power outage multiple times. The hotel does have a generator but whenever the building switched to using the generator, my room remained without power and I had to call the staff each time to fix the issue.

J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel l’équipe à l’accueil est très prévenant et professionnel. Toujours au petits soins pour répondre à mes demandes. La propreté était exemplaire ils sont très pointilleux et c’est agréable.
