“We arrived at this hotel during the evening. We were welcomed by a lovely member of staff whom checked us in and directed us to the free parking area. We then went to our room which was a good size double room with a good size bathroom. The hotel looks very nice, clean and welcoming. We would reccomend a stay here. It’s centrally located in the little town. We had issues with the heating, which wasn’t working and we received an electric heater straightaway. Just one suggestion: there……

“After spending 10 days traveling around Andalusia, we wanted to end our trip in a special way. The Parador in Arcos de la Frontera did not disappoint! This is a lovely hotel with great views from our balcony. Even the taxi ride up to the property was memorable to say the least! We visited the nearby cathedral and climbed the bell tower which were both worthwhile and caught a lovely sunset from our room. I would highly recommend it!”

“Clean room”

“Mi reserva era habitación para tres adultos y nos asignaron una villa. Desconforme aire acondicionado del dormitorio muy viejo, no echaba calor ninguno a pesar de estar 30° y mucho ruido. Y no había ninguna manta adicional. En el baño no tiene turbina, hace bastante frio y en la bañera el flexo en malas condiciones y muy poca cantidad de agua y salía hirbiendo o fría. En la cocina, el microndas no daba vuelta por no tener el plato giratorio original. ”

“The hotel is a historic mansion with the architectural elegance. The room is small. Although each room has a balcony, there is no view at all as it is located on an inner street. If you open the window, it will be quite noisy. Many restaurants nearby. The breakfast and the waiter service are great. I've sent an email to request for a room at the higher floor. No response from them at all, but I was given a room on the lowest floor when check in. ”
