「酒店位置很好，附近有米开朗基罗广场和波波洛花园，过桥走十分钟就到乌菲兹美术馆，酒店建筑历史悠久，但是房间内设施比较现代，而且房间很干净，入住的时候管理人员会给你介绍酒店设施，休闲吧的咖啡免费自助，早餐18欧一人，花园不如照片上看到的大，比较小巧精致，酒店的大门白天是开放的，所以如果住在大门口那栋楼上房间的话，需要注意个人财物，因为我们有一天回来的时候发现房门开了，当然我们没有留贵重物品在房间所以也没有遗失，但是不知道是外来的人打开的还是内部人打开的，另外我们入住了三个晚上，但是客房清洁服务三天都没有提供，这个有点糟糕」

「The listing let me auto book but the host never reached out. They ended up ghosting me and didn’t even stay in the apartment. Day of the reservation I was on the phone with VRBO with no place to stay…Luckily VRBO customer service was fairly helpful and we ended up staying in a hotel. Don’t book this property」

「The description of the property is very accurate. We were very excited about the location of the property. Very close to most popular attractions. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The shower was a little tight but manageable. We would recommend this property for anyone visiting Florence. The walk to and from the train station was less than half hour. We did a tour with WalkAbout Tours and they were excellent as well.」

「Apartment was big but the AC was not enough to cool the entire appt. Temperature was very hot in the bedroom, it was only acceptable in the living room. Also properly pictures shows it had a washer in the bathroom and that was not the case. That was really disappointing because we reserved this place because of that.」

「We could not get the ac working properly in the bedrooms the 1 st night my wife had to sleep on the couch in the living room were the ac was ice cold the 2 nd night was fine with the ac 15-20 minute walk to the main square.and shopping The apartment was really nice and clean on the street level could be a little loud from outside if the windows are open just keep it closed.」
