wonderful place of peace and relaxation

We were warmly welcomed, although our arrival was very delayed due to traffic. Guido was a great host and gave us lots of great recommendations for trips and restaurants. It really is a magical place and we enjoyed every second. Thank you for the wonderful time!

A restful time out

We had very nice and relaxing days at the fattoria. Guido took great care of us and our then 2-month-old son and made a lot of effort especially for the little one. The fattoria and its history are something very special and we are most grateful that we had the chance to experience a glimpse of that.

Perfect start for our vacation

What a peaceful beautiful place! Guido took care of us and our needs in a kind and heedful way, was very helpful when I had a health issue. Hospitality, cordiality and great advice for trips in the environment and restaurants made our stay special. The swimmingpool and fenced area for our two dogs made it perfect. Invitation au repos et au calme

Le domaine est très beau et notre hôte Guido a été très accueillant, encore merci pour tous vos bons conseils sur la région et votre disponibilité. La Toscane loin de l'effervescence touristique mais qui est tout de même bien situé pour faire des visites. Maison au calme, piscine très agréable, la table de ping-pong a été prisée par nos ados ! Peu de WIFI ce qui a permis une déconnexion totale. Gare aux moustiques et à quelques scorpions inoffensifs...

Sommerferien

Ein grossartiger Ort zum Entspannen und Ausflüge zu machen. Ausserdem habe ich die Ausfahrten mit dem Rennrad genossen. Die verschiedenen Empfehlungen vom Guido waren sensationell. Besonders die Restaurant-Tipps waren grandios.

Erholsamer Ort zum Energie-Tanken

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem eigenem Garten und tiefem Pool zwischen den Olivenbäumen zum Entspannen. Haben unsere Zeit dort mehr als genossen! Vor allem durch die guten Tipps von Guido, die uns zu einem wunderschönen einsamen Wasserfall, unfassbar leckerer Pizza und einem entspannten Trip nach Florenz geführt haben. Guido war grundsätzlich für alle unsere Fragen und Wünsche offen und hat die Zeit für uns zu einer ganz besonderen werden lassen. Vielen lieben Dank dafür!

schöne, rutikale Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Vermieter

Für unsere Familie zu viert genau die richtige Größe. Für unsere Hunde war der eingezäunte Garten sehr praktisch. Die Küche könnte in ihrer Ausstattung ein paar Ergänzungen gebrauchen. Letztendlich war für die Selbstversorgung aber alles da. Vor dem einen oder anderen Fenster wären Fliegengitter hilfreich. Das würde das nächtliche Lüften erleichtern, ohne allzu sehr von Mücken geplagt zu werden. Vermieter Guido und seine Familie sind sehr freundlich und haben uns mit allen möglichen Tipps versorgt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Little gem in Toscania

Very nice place, authentic and charming, corresponding to what we were expecting on pictures (maybe better to be honest). Good location with a car for resting, visiting Florence and doing activities (swimming in rivers/cascades). Excellent contact and recommandation from Guido.

So beautiful we forgot to take photos

If you liked the movie "Call Me by Your Name" you will love it here. We came to the Gori Mansion as a group of seven friends. Expectations were high as the sky – and they were exceeded. The place is beautifully located in the hills with an amazing, typically tuscan view. The flat is set up very tastefully, especially the kitchen. It's perfectly equipped to turn all the delicious Italian products you find in the markets (and also in the garden) into opulent meals. Guido gave us great tips what restaurants, trails and waterfalls to explore in the surroundings. But actually, the area is also convenient to just stay at the pool, read a book and smell the rosemary. Thank you so much Guido, for this very special vacation Lisa, Sophie, Julian, Luis, Niki, Vincent and Taja

Perfekt zum Erholen

Guido hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Es fehlt an nichts. Die herrliche Lage und die tolle Landschaft laden zum Entspannen und Erholen ein. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wären sogar gerne länger geblieben. Auch im kleinen Dorf ist alles vorhanden und die Leute super nett. Wenn man doch was unternehmen möchte, gibt Guido auch hier gerne Tipps. Wir wollen definitiv wieder kommen..Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique. L'accueil fut chaleureux, le site merveilleux et Firenze magique... l'emplacement de la location nous a permis de découvrir la Toscane ainsi que Firenze, la semaine fut bien courte. Un grand merci à Guido pour son accueil et ses conseils touristique... Une semaine est trop peu pour cette région fabuleuse empreinte d'histoire... NB : gare aux moustiques Famille HARIDI

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Londa. Een karakteristiek huis, lekker koel binnen en een heerlijk terras buiten. Vaak en met veel plezier gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Ook de kinderen hadden het naar hun zin. Hele aardige, behulpzame en lieve mensen. We hebben genoten!

Beautiful and welcoming place, Well recommended to all who wants to go to The Tuscany mountains. Nice House with a beautiful interior, The Stone walls and floor makes it cool inside, especially when it is hot inside. Our dogs appreciated that very much. The owners of The House were very welcoming and caring, and I very Much recommend Caiano Fattoria to everyone who wants to go to Tuscany😀

Location correspondant parfaitement à la description et à nos attentes. Cette belle propriété est calme, dans un magnifique environnement avec une piscine très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Comme précisé dans l'annonce, l'endroit est un peu isolé et une voiture est donc nécessaire cependant la situation permet de visiter aisément un grand nombre de sites.

Très agréable séjour dans...

Très agréable séjour dans une magnifique région pleine de charme. Très belle propriété dans un site très calme, chant des cigales, logement ancien et très frais. Accueil très sympathique et formalités très rapides, tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ. Attention: location un peu éloignée de Florence (1 heure), Sienne (1h50) et plus proche village à qq km: véhicule indispensable. Du fait du climat durant notre séjour, présence de scorpions (non dangereux mais à savoir!)y compris dans la maison le soir...énormément de moustique certainement lié aux très fortes chaleur (+ de 40° parfois) L'équipement de la cuisine est un peu trop spartiate (pas de saladier par exemple) et le ménage aurait pu être mieux fait. Piscine agréable: profonde de 3 mètres sur toute la surface ... Wifi captable uniquement dans quelques endroits de la propriété. Malgré ces qq observations, séjour très agréable dans une région pas très touristique de la Toscane mais pleine de charme.

"Très bon accueil de la famille G. La maison toscane telle qu''on la rêvait (couleur ocre, volets verts, pins parasols, cyprès, oliviers poiriers (excellents fruits), kakis (mais la saison est en décembre). Nous avons habité la maison principale dont le décor d''époque est intact et invite à poser des questions sur l''histoire de la propriété et de la famille. Vue magnifique depuis la terrasse où l''on peut prendre ses repas. Terrasse avec arbres magnifiques. Piscine également très agréable. Proximité du village (en voiture) pour les courses. A 40 minutes de Florence. Séjour trop court qui ne nous as pas permis de faire des randonnées dans le coin. Si vous pouvez-vous y rendre hors saison, ce sera encore mieux (car moins de monde sur les sites touristiques. Vaut le voyage."
