Near Russel Square station & Holburn station
The hotel is convenient because it is near Russel Square station & Holburn station. There is some supermarkets nearby so you can easily buy some fruit, vegetables and anything you want. The room space is small but it is enough for two people to open their 28 inch luggage’s. They have bathtub can take bath inside. The provide breakfast but I didn’t try.

Not a fan of check in where the guest is asked to do the work entering data into an unclean looking tablet. This property disappoints as it is in such a lovely area but very much in need of a refresh. Furnishings and fittings are tired looking and dated.

The room closely resembled the images displayed on Expedia, and we were pleased with that. Traveling with our 4-month-old son, we appreciated the hotel's gesture of providing a baby bed for him. The breakfast didn't quite match the enticing images depicted on Expedia; it was rather simple, lacking variety in ingredients. Additionally, the receptionist, a lady, didn't exude the expected level of guest-friendliness.

Ein Hotel mit Super Lage, und wirklich schönen alt britischen Design. Man hat sich wirklich wie im Herzen Londons gefühlt. Dennoch war das Zimmer sehr klein und kein Smart-Fernseher, wie kein Kühlschrank waren große Mankos. Am Ende des Tages würde ich dem Zimmer eine 6/10 und dem Hotel samt der Lage insgesamt eine 8/10 geben

Nice small hotel for a short trip to London. The rooms have enough space for a family. The hotel is well located and calm. The old windows should be changed as they are not closing well. Overall an excellent stay in London.

We booked a family room. At the check in we were told family room not available and we'll have to use two rooms which was undesirable. The staff were unable to help. No Manager was available.

Was given a lower ground floor room (no.13) directly under the kitchen area. Constant banging so asked for a move, which they did. Very little warm water in sink or shower in the morning.

This is our first time in London! We needed to stay nearby the train station just one night. The hotel’s location was good as it is walkable, nearby restaurants and public transportation. The room was larger than expected, but the bathroom was left with less to be desired. The paint was peeling on the walls and the shower was quite confusing. The hotel had a smell to it as well too.

Virkelig god service. Men virkelig slidt hotel. Kælder hvor vi havde værelse var meget koldt, fjernsyn virkede ikke, flere strømstik virkede ikke, lugtede af råd, fugt på væggen. Fik nyt værelse dagen efter. Det hjalp på varmen. Men stadig slidt hotel.

Not as good overall as we hoped
The hotel was decent overall. It was chosen primarily because it is one of the few upscale boutique hotels that offers double rooms. The heat was very inconsistent, mostly making the room bake at times, well above the desired set temp. It did not stay consistent. Also, tiny and not very safe bathtubs in which to take a shower. Also, minimal menu in hotel restaurant and all room service is catered in - more choice, but longer wait times.

The room was located in LG, not much light from outside, bath tub has been damaged. We didn’t bother to change room again as we only stayed one night‼️ But really not worth for the money I paid‼️

Very tired, needs upgrading, but good locatio
It was quite disappointing that I booked a superior room, but was given a standard room on the ground floor, next to reception and the stairwell. The room itself was ok, but ver very 'tired' there was some holes in the curtains, peeling paint and wallpaper and very worn carpet. The mattress was old and sunk in the middle. Overall quite disappointing. The only plus side was the location.
