It is also within walking distance from some of the area's best green amenities:

- 7 minute walk to Richmond overland/underground station with direct city links.
- Royal Botanical Kew Gardens with year round entertainment/ educational programmes/cafes and play area.
- Richmond riverside with row boats and trips to historical palaces as well as Westminster and tow path running/cycle trails.
- Richmond Park and Old Deer Park outdoor sports, tennis, swimming pools and green areas for sports.

Elegant furniture and full kitchen with dishwasher/washer dryer/oven/hob/microwave offer a fully independent retreat, while double bed with fresh white linen and blackout blinds in the bedroom provide a great night's sleep. There’s a smart IP TV in the bedroom too.

A hairdryer and simple, elegant toiletries are provided.

A stunnig place …
Just stayed at Tess’s gorgeously refurbished place in Richmond. Brilliant location, just 5 minutes from the overland/underground and from great restaurants/bars. It’s a real oasis.

Easy and accurate check in experience. Tess was very helpful.
The apartment is quite small, so, a couple at most would be comfortable in the space. The space has plenty of light. It's quiet. And the ability to cook was a definite plus. The big plus, is it's proximity to Kew Gardens.

Too small and too expensive
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I booked this place for 1 month just by looking at pictures. I stayed first night and decided to move somewhere else. I didn't get any refund. Place is too small for price and doesn't have it's own entrance. Main door opens in front of actual flat to which garden belongs to. Table and chairs showed in pictures in garden were inside the studio so there was no space to move around. Flat got cold over night and heating didn't work properly.

Not a luxury suite
Large well appointed bathroom but bedroom very cramped with noisy fridge adjacent to the bed. No room for proper seating. Worn floors and fittings aren’t clean and a there’s a musty smell from lack of ventilation. Terrace is shared with larger rental so no privacy. Adequate for a single person on a short stay but doesn’t merit the luxury description or high rates.
