Last year stay in, so this year again. Feel that services apertment is very good, comfortable and close to the underground station and bus stop. The fridge isnt cold enough, the cleaning staff carefully teach and make refrige colder. She is very nice and commendable.

Bad hotel—never be there anymore

House keeper knocked my door every morning asking me whether I am going to check out today, which disturb me very much. The noise around is so loud. There are only staircase in the apartment, it very difficult to bring the luggages upstair. It give me a very bad experience in these two days.

就在Pimlico tube station出來，一分鐘便到達。很滿意，但apartment位於4樓，多行李的旅客會比較辛苦。

交通方便，出来地铁就是，按照邮件发过来的密码开门，退房时直接离开，如果要寄存行李的话要走一段路，浴室比想象的小，基本够用，这个价钱在伦敦还不错了，晚上走路略显幽暗

Convenient and close to Tate Britain

This is more like an apartment than a hotel. The location is perfect as it is just one-minute walk to the Pimlico station. And it is within walking distance to Tate Britain, where art lovers may spend more than half day there! There is a little shop on the way to the tube where you can get snacks and beverages. There is no reception or staff, all self-serviced, you dont even have to check in or show your identity. They send you an email with all the access code and then you can stay there. well... pros / cons! The only drawback is that there is no elevator. My room is on the top floor, so i have to carry my baggage and walk up all those stairs! (good exercises tho)

We really enjoyed our time at Apartments Inn Pimlico it was clean and perfect location!

The temperatures in London were extremely high during our visit and it was lovely to have the balcony with doors the open out to it. The property itself had everything you need for a relaxing stay the only suggestion would be to put a fan in. We had a few minor issues regarding missing leads for router and tv and unable to turn temperature down on towel rail but following an email a technician arrived the following day to try and solve the issues. Check in process was easy and we will definitely look at staying at this location again.

Flat 12, 25 st georges square, pimlico.

Instructions for getting in the flat were clear but the wrong code was given. No forks for eating a meal with. No Tea towel to dry up with. Parking is only available outside the appartment from 6.30pm till 8.30am. So if you arrive by car earlier its difficult to park. Lots of takeaway food options available within a few minutes walk. View from the window wasn't bad at all.

I was surprised by the shower, quite big, according to my previous experiences. Bed was a bit uncomfortable, but nothing serious. The rest was perfect. They took out rubbish everyday and replaced milk, coffee and tea. Good place to stay,, one minute away from Pimlico Tube Station.

Great apartment, good value for money

This is my second visit here and I have to say that it is a great venue. The information you get to check in is very thorough, and in case you ha e questions staff answer your calls quickly. Its spacious and comfortable, and the location is awesome, all in all highly recommended.

Globalement moyen. Les chambres sont très très mal isolées et cela a pesé sur les derniers jours de notre séjour. Elles sont moyennement confortables mêmes si bien équipées. Deux choses à prendre en compte : le ménage quotidien correspond au changement des poubelles. Si vous espérez qu’on vienne refaire votre lit et vous fournir du linge de toilette propre.. raté. Hôtel.com propose parfois la réservation en deux parties pour obtenir des prix plus avantageux. Il ne nous avait pas été précisé qu’à ce titre nous aurions à changer de chambre puisqu’il s’agissait d’une réservation différente. Nous sommes tombés sur une charmante Housekeeper qui nous a bien arrangés mais sans cela entre le Check out à droite à 11h et le Check in a gauche à 14h il faut vous trouver une occupation avec vos bagages sur les bras! Pas top
