Location Text here 0.5 miles to Bexleyheath station (10 min walk) Next to station there is a pub (The William Carter), several restaurants, two supermarkets, a bakery and a barber. 1 mile to Danson Park with lake (5 min drive) 1.7 miles to Abbey Wood station with access to new Elizabeth Line underground. Just 8 miles to North Greenwich Underground Station (jubilee line) with the O2, Emirates Cable Car, shopping centres and Canary Wharf. 7 Miles to Greenwich park with some of the best views of the London Skyline in the city. Less than 10 mins to A2 11 miles to London City Airport
The Space:
Kitchen In the large Kitchen you will find fully equipped new appliances and kitchenware, there is an electric oven, 4 gas hobs, integrated microwave as well as an American-style double fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is also a good supply of pots, pans, plates and other kitchenware so you can hit the ground running right away.
The kitchen has a door leading out into the large conservatory/ utility space with double doors leading to a private garden.

Living Room In the living area sink into the 2 X super comfortable sofas arranged around a brand-new smart TV giving access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, ITV Hub and hundreds of different channels.
Conservatory Equipped with cleaning items, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer).
Downstairs Toilet (Ground floor) There is a toilet on ground level with sink.
Master Bedroom A calming and soothing space created with light and natural colours, complete with a King sized bed and a top of the range mattress. This large bedroom has been designed intricately, with its own large wardrobe with full length mirrors with office space and chair.
Double Bedroom Two This bright and uplifting, large double room also has large built-in wardrobes and drawers under the beds. It has a lot of storage!
Main Bathroom This spacious bathroom has a bath/ shower and is equipped with the soaps and shampoos - Incidentally all towels and linen are provided (as in all our Blue Buzzard properties).
Outside The house benefits from a private garden- laid out as a patio to enjoy in the summer.
Parking The property has a very large driveway out front with parking for several vehicles.
Guest access You will have access to the entire property.
