Positive:
- On the positive side, the accommodation is well connected with buses passing the door, Bakerloo and Overground trains 5 mins walk away.
-The daily rate is very reasonable.
- The property is equipped for 3 people.
Negatives:
- The property is on the 2nd floor, accessed by a two flights of narrow stairs. The staircase is not ventilated and always smells of pungent cooking odors.
- In case of a fire the staircase is the only way out. There is no alternative fire escape.
- Extensive building work is going on at the rear of the property, right below this studios windows. This leads to a lot of noise from power tools and hammers etc. during working hours 6 days a week. It also means that there are skips standing in front of the property alongside overflowing dustbins.
- The is no parking for cars on site and generally in the area parking is difficult.
The fire detector is very sensitive and goes off once the electric toaster is on.
