“Customer service was great. The room was dirty. Brown stuff all over the tile like it hadn’t been mopped in a while. Hair in the tub like it wasn’t scrubbed. Brown stuff on doors and walls. Looked like the only thing they did to “clean” was make the bed and put fresh towels.”
