This home in Chelsea is full of deep colours and elegant silhouettes. Cathcart Road IV’s sitting room is first up inside – just to the right of the entrance. At the near end of this taupe-painted room is a dining area, where an antique table for four stands beside a cabinet lined with glittering glassware. Beyond that, over by the bay window, there’s this home’s sitting area, with its soft-grey sofa, patchwork armchair and fireplace. Next to the sitting room you’ll find the kitchen – small, and smartly decorated in grey and white – and opposite that is the second bedroom (which has a double bed). Then there’s the main bathroom (which has a bath with an integrated shower) and, right at the end of the hallway, the master bedroom. This room is pale-painted and classic, with a king-size bed, a vintage desk and an ensuite bathroom.

- This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. There are a few steps up to the entrance of the building. There is no permanent storage space in the second bedroom so we will provide hanging rail for your storage. The fireplace in the sitting room is ornamental.
