"Perfect location close to Russel Square tube station, an old pub, and a bakery. 10 min walk to the British Museum. Go directly to Russel square station from the airport along the Piccadilly Line which takes 50 mins or so.
Breakfast buffet was well stocked and staffed. Rooms are tight but clean and all one would need. Would stay again on my next trip."
"The hotel was nice. It's older so there are updates that could be made. Unfortunately for us, we came during the heat wave so 90 degree weather with no air conditioning was hard. But we were there for only two days so we made due. The staff was so nice and helptful!"
"The room was great. Our check in was lovely - really quick and gave us the room an hour early. We had a really nice room and the pool was great. You need to book a time to go. The ac was on in the pool area which made it quite cold in the space but the water warm."

We had a couple of niggles with our room not resolved.
Housekeeping let themselves in early in the morning several times. No knocking which i found rude.
