Great location, cute place, but cold.
The location was perfect; in a quiet but convenient neighborhood, just a 10 min walk to multiple public transportation stops, which makes it easy to get anywhere. Obviously it’s a working studio/storage space when it’s not being used as a BnB, and it’s not a huge space, but the bed is comfy, kitchenette has everything you need, and hosts are responsive. The hot water heater went out and they responded within a couple hours with a solution. The only real problem is that the two small space heaters cannot keep up with the London cold in winter, and the house manual says don’t leave them on during the day when you’re away or at night when you’re sleeping because they might catch fire. So you come back from a day of adventuring to a cold apartment, which only warms up a few degrees before you go to bed and have to shut heaters off again, and in the morning you dress under the covers and then hurry to the tube so you can finally get warm. Obviously this is only a problem in winter, so I would 100% recommend this place any other time of year
