The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals. It features a stove, oven, and microwave, along with essential cookware and cutlery. For your convenience, the house also has ironing facilities.

The bedroom has a UK (150cm) king-size bed and plush hotel-quality linens to ensure restful sleep.

The bathroom is equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, and an additional separate toilet is also available for added convenience.

To ensure your comfort, the home is professionally cleaned before every stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Clerkenwell, located in central London, is a vibrant and historic neighborhood known for its mix of modern culture and rich heritage. Once a hub for the printing industry, it now boasts trendy cafes, innovative restaurants, and boutique shops. The area is steeped in history, with landmarks like the 12th-century St. John’s Gate and the fascinating Museum of London’s Docklands nearby. With its blend of old and new, Clerkenwell offers a unique experience for visitors looking to explore London’s eclectic atmosphere while being close to cultural attractions and lively social spaces.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Farringdon (Elizabeth line), is just a -minute walk.

London City Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
