Bad experience
The room is dark with limited space to fit the luggage in. The toilet is extremely small and dark, and the show can directly spray onto the rottened door. On the first day we move in, we found short hair on the bed sheets. More, the staff just keen to have fun with the computer and not helpful at all. The same price deserve better quality of service.

非常一般的服务
地段很好 交通方便 房间干净程度根据房间而不同 第一次住的一楼的房间 虽然小但很整洁 后来续订一天 提前问过是否需要换房间 对方肯定的说不用 结果晚上回来发现所有行李不见了 被他们擅自收拾拿走 还被换到了地下室的房间 潮湿 霉臭 并且价格还比之前的贵 个人觉得在这点上 酒店的服务很不负责

Small room with private bathroom. Very basic. Small fridge, TV, kettle with tea and coffee. No lift. Practical for a few days.

I payed under $700 for 7 nights in this hotel, and in London, this is as good as it gets for that price. The single room is tiny, it does have a private bathroom, but the shower & sink is very small. There's no ironing board, no microwave, no AC. There's a hair dryer, a fridge a hot put with ample coffee and tea supplies daily and a good working heater which is what I need at the time. There's also no elevator, but if you're young who travel light, you should be fine. I did have a decent night sleep every night, probably because I'm very tired after all day of walking around London. On the plus side, the heart of High Street Kensington is about 20 minutes walk, with plenty of dining and shopping. And there's also a couple of Tube stations close by, so you can get around town easily. Bottom line, this a 2 star no frills barebone hotel, for under $80/night, this is as good as it gets.

GOOD THINGS: Shepherd Bush underground 15 minutes walking, Baron's Court 21 minutes walking. In spite of other reviews, nothing to say against cleanliness, room was fine. A few places for food around as it´s close to Kensington street. BAD THINGS: I do not have any to say. Room basic, which does not mean to be a bad thing. IN GENERAL: Good value for the money.

Room was extremely small, hardly enough to stand up beside the bed. Bed itself was terrible, sunken in the middle so both people rolling together. Bathroom was a wet shower so always full of water and the trim was falling apart from water damage. Room just felt dirty. Just all in all, not well taken care of and feels like the owners don’t care much for thier rooms. Only positive was close location to Tube

A very convenient hotel if you're going to the Olympia for events. The staff we're very helpful and friendly upon arrival. The room was small and very basic. A few things needed some attention/fixing but that was expected for the cheap price I paid. Overall I had a good cheap stay and I will be happy to return again.

The room is very small and not properly organised. The toilet is also not hygienic and small. The door of the toilet is very bad In situation. I don’t recommend any one to go there because it’s not worth it according to money.

The Holland Inn was a superb place to stay. All staff so nice and friendly, willing to help and advise. Accommodation was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable and cleaned everyday. Great location for bus routes and tube stations. Quiet and has a huge shopping mall ) mins walk away with tube access to London. Thankyou Holland Inn.

cute aesthetic small rooms but not really clean, old matresses, walls, bad smell in the bathroom, ants invasion in my room, the mirror in the bathroom not being in front of the sink?? room service included which is good and a pretty comfortable bed. there is no table or wardrobe to put our stuff though.. good enough for one night, for more, it might be challenging.. but for a 2 stars hotel, it's not terrible.

Staff were abrupt, bed was uncomfortable, bathroom was so small, had to be short in height to use the toilet,,room was dirty, bathroom door would not close and door to room would not lock.

Terrible staff services. They put us in a room that was smelling and was not the one on the picture that we booked. Shower water was very hot doesn't adjust to cold. When we complained the staff service lady was aggressive.

It's a terrible experience, I've never ever come across a hotel room without a door handle. The door handle was broken and not able to close the door properly. Everytime I have to ask the staff to close the room door, which is very inconvenient. Not recommend for staying!!

One of the worst places I've ever started in. Room was tiny and poorly maintained. So called "Bathroom" was in fact a toilet with the shower tap almost above the toilet seat.

I knew it wouldn't be a great place to stay based on the pics however it was even worst, never again. Horrible beds, dirty walls and floor. The shower and the toilet were clean.

Only stay if theres no other options.
Tiny Single Room. Ok for a one night stay if you are out in London as I was, if its cheap. Was £81 which is way too much, i used my Hotels.com credit so got it cheaper. Bathroom door held together with tape, light fittings loose and plastering was peeling.

Bad beds
It was great. Excellent personnel. The room was small and the beds were shaky and noisy with every move. It was cold but the receptionist resolved it when I complained. Generally a wonderful place which I believe has stood the test of time. Needs upgrading for the kind of cost it attracts.

Wow! Shocking!
Urgently needs an update on the following.. Bed- we practically slept on a camp bed.. mattress- wow very dirty & a lot of stains.. yuk! Also when we both got in to the bed.. instantly both rolled in to middle & squashing each other.. worst night sleet ever! Had a sore arm/shoulder from trying to keep rolling to middle of bed.. Floor boards uneven & not correctly joined together. Lucky we had sliders on.. bedroom to bathroom uneven & step kept kicking uneven surface. Shower needs repairing as more water leaking from hose than the actual head it’s self. I know u pay for what u get.. but for £110 per night I expect a much better room.. We will learn from this & not book here again.. We were in room 10. Good luck all.
