不满意：客房舒适度，清洁度
NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
Terrible stench in communal hallway on arrival. Single glazed - noise from outside a problem.
Broken fitting on small bedroom window - security risk & draughty.
Screeching hinge on entrance passage door - can hear it open & close every time it’s used by any of three flats.
Quite noisy. - Internally from other apartment residents going about their business. - doors banging, toilets flushing, water running.
Externally because of single glazed windows.
General decor of very poor quality. Lots of marks on walls - including a squashed dead fly!
Only heating is two small portable electric radiators and one useless storage heater in the lounge. The fixed heater has been badly overpainted and the controls are filthy & indecipherable. No heating in the bathroom, not even a heated towel rail
Hot water flow totally inadequate. Stops & starts - unable to run a bath.
Shower inadequate- shower head bracket too low and too close to the corner. No shower screen - irrelevant anyway as water flow makes showering impossible.
Bathroom cold & grubby.
Revolting sponge left on end of bath - supposedly for cleaning?
Bathroom towels small and thin.
Wardrobe doors very difficult to slide open only to find a lot of junk inside and broken rails.
Bedding was clean.
Access to fridge/freezer difficult - doors need changing to open the other way.
No new cloth/sponge for dishes in kitchen. No dish drying cloth - Although I would be reluctant to use it given the level of cleanliness overall.
