Luxury Penthouse Studio in W1

A spacious self-contained Studio Apartment located on the Top Floor of a 3 floor period building (but no elevator).

The property sits right at the centre of London’s famous West End. Being only 800m from the famous Centre Point. Which makes this large Studio Apartment an absolutely perfect base - from which you can explore many of London’s famous attractions.

The British Museum, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben & The Houses of Parliament. Or Buckingham Palace, Covent Garden, Camden, Soho, Marylebone, & London’s Theatre District. Plus much, much, more…!) all lie within a comfortable walking distance of the property.

Moreover you will also benefit from a choice of two Underground Stations (Goodge Street & Tottenham Court Road) within 2/3 mins & 6/7 mins walk respectively. There are also a number of alternative bus routes nearby. While Mainline Stations (Kings Cross International/ St Pancras) are also 15 mins walking distance. Or approx £10-12 door to door - in one of London’s world famous Black Taxi’s!

Inside the apartment you will discover a selection of complimentary toiletries in your bathroom. Along with soft sumptuous towels and bath robes. While your awesome digital shower lets you to pre-select the perfect temperature. Even before you step in.

Walk across to your full-size fridge & you will find it pre-stocked with milk, fresh juice, & complimentary VOSS bottled water.

Finally indulge yourself amid the freshly laundered high thread-count linen that dress your double bed. Additional freshly laundered bedding, clean towels, & robes can be requested as standard throughout the duration of your stay.

Meanwhile a full size kitchen, along with crockery, cutlery, pots & pans is waiting for your use.

Teas, coffee & sugar (+capsules for the pod coffee machine!). Plus the numerous spices, oils & condiments left by former Guests are all free for you to make use of.

Very nice and clean spot. Perfect location on TCR. It was a lovely spot to stay for the holiday and catch up with our daughter staying at university through her break. So very close to the American university study centers! 5 minute walk to Florida State University!

One of the best apartments I had the pleasure of staying at in London. Communication from Mariya and Scott was excellent and I was given helpful advice throughout my stay. Close to stations and very walkable to many areas of attraction in London. Highly recommend this place!

Lovely unit. Clean, chic and comfortable. It is on a busy street and the entrance door is between a mini mart and electronics store. We were wary going in as the street is not so nice and the entrance and stairs are messy and littered with supplies and boxes. BUT as you climb the stairs to the unit, it gets better. The unit itself is very nice. While the street it's on seems iffy, walk one short block on either side and the neighborhoods are lovely and full of shops, restaurants, green space and the British Museum. Easy to get to the underground. Lots of stairs so not good if you have many (or heavy) bags or have problems walking stairs.

This location was EVERYTHING.

We walked to all but one destination on our trip; it was amazing to be so centrally located.Out stay was WONDERFUL. We had everything we needed and a Mark & Spencer’s just downstairs to grab any grocery items we might need. What you might read about the bed is true - SO COZY. We slept through our alarm twice.Scott was also a fantastic email tour guide. This was our first trip to London and he gave us so many valuable transportation tips and locality background; we felt comfortable from the moment we hopped on the train at Heathrow I would absolutely stay here again.

Scott and Mariya were wonderful hosts! They were very friendly and provided helpful information. The accommodation was accurate with the photos. Space was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with the essentials. Accommodation is located on the top floor so there are stairs to climb with your luggage. Great location to walk or take public transit to explore the city. Lots of shops around for food or groceries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Location location location!

Our stay far exceeded our expectations. The location was unmatched, this is the place you want to be! Tons of shops, pubs, and eateries nearby. Major attractions within walkable distance or short tube ride. The owners were super accommodating, responsive, and friendly. The apartment was also spotless, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day of sightseeing! We will definitely book here anytime we visit London in the future.
