The property sits right at the centre of London’s famous West End. Being only 800m from the famous Centre Point. Which makes this large Studio Apartment an absolutely perfect base - from which you can explore many of London’s famous attractions.

The British Museum, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben & The Houses of Parliament. Or Buckingham Palace, Covent Garden, Camden, Soho, Marylebone, & London’s Theatre District. Plus much, much, more…!) all lie within a comfortable walking distance of the property.

Moreover you will also benefit from a choice of two Underground Stations (Goodge Street & Tottenham Court Road) within 2/3 mins & 6/7 mins walk respectively. There are also a number of alternative bus routes nearby. While Mainline Stations (Kings Cross International/ St Pancras) are also 15 mins walking distance. LOVE!!!
First of all this is probably one of my favorite places to stay in London. Scott and Mariya are top tier humans and made my stay so amazing. The apt itself is a dream and the bed is one of the most comfortable I have slept in. This will become one of my go to places to stay anytime I am in London. Amazing place and amazing couple!

Great Homebase in London
This apartment had everything we needed for a week-long stay in London. The apartment was clean, well stocked with essentials (clothes hangers, towels, extra pillows, etc.), and a perfect amount of space for two people. Super comfortable. The location is very centrally located, in between two underground stations making getting around London a breeze. Close to tons of coffee shops and grocery stores. Overall five stars. My only note for travelers who are noise sensitive at night is to bring some earplugs (apartment is on a major street), this helps drown out some of the noise. Highly recommend!

Great place, great location
Scott and Mariya are great hosts - friendly, and really kind. The apartment is wonderful - it's in a great location, with multiple Underground stops less than a 10 minute walk away, and the place is so centrally located that many great attractions are walking distance. I'd definitely stay here again when in London.

Great Accomodations in Fitzrovia
I most enjoyed my recent eight day visit to London, made very comfortable by my apartment in Fitzrovia, the heart of London. Mariya and Scott were gracious hosts providing assistance in every manner possible, from detailed instructions on travel from Heathrow to assistance with any problem or question. The location of the apartment is amazing, close to the tube, restaurants, the theatre district, museums and more. Staying in central London is a great experience. The apartment was just as described and I would certainly plan to visit again given the opportunity. Thank you, Mariya and Scott, for all of your assistance. I would strongly recommend your apartment to any travelers.

The chamber is of decent size and attractive with an extensive and well equipped kitchen. The location could hardly be better: 3 blocks from the British Museum, walking distance to many of the Wet End theaters, and 1 block from the Tottenham Court metro from which you can take the Elizabeth Line express rail service to Heathrow airport and the underground service to anywhere. The owners have their business office in the same buildig and are wonderfully responsive to any need reneed

A comfortable apartment
This property had great amenities and very comfortable home base for London. It is on a busy street but there was never to much noise besides trash pick up. We enjoyed having 2 tube locations within walking distance. The host were both very responsive and helpful.
