Great location several things lacking maintenance

The location was perfect. Nice apartment layout. Mostly clean. Bedroom carpet is very dirty and spotty. Some light bulbs are burnt out. Kitchen sink handle comes off. Folding bed was hard to close. Dishwasher tips out as you load it. Easy fixes but not kept up.
