El Hotel esta muy bien ubicado, la ducha salia caliente al igual que la habitsvion estaba bien calefaccionada. Ahora las instalaciones en estado deplorable jamas le han hecho un mantenimiento.

L hôtel et très bien placé c est tout propreté à revoir et surtout l état des chambre médiocre lit cassé carreaux dans la salle de bain cassé qui s enlevé vraiment dangereux pour les enfants

Ich hatte ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht und bekam ein Raucherzimmer im 5.Stock.(Smokersfloor). Das Zimmer war ständig eiskalt, weil die Heizung immer wieder abgestellt wurde.Am dritten Tag hatte ich eine Erkältung, mit der ich auch nach Hause flog. Das kostenlose WIFI existiert auch nicht. Nie mehr Norfolk Plaza.

Elendige senge (man kunne nærmest ikke finde en stilling hvor man ikke fin en fjeder i kroppen), dårlig rengøring - vi fik et rygerværelse selvom vi havde bedt om et ikke-ryger værelse. Fred vær med det, der lugtede ikke af røg så vi tog det. Dog fandt vi gamle skodder under sengen og da vi pointerede det overfor personalet i receptionen blev vi mødt med en flabet attitude om at det var meget normalt og om vi ikke selv røg (hvilket vi bestemt ikke gør) men han sagde dog at rengøringen ville fjerne dem næste morgen... men nej de blev aldrig fjernet

The location is fantastic, minutes walk from Paddington station and in the vicinity of many great sights London has to offer. But that and maybe the price is all that's great about this hotel. It is dirty, mismanaged, and in poor condition. Expedia advertised this hotel as a three-star. One star is a star too many for this establishment.

Für den Preis und die super Lage kann man grundsätzlich nichts sagen. Zum schlafen vollkommen ausreichend- länger würde ich mich nicht aufhalten. Personal war an der Rezeption teils sehr unfreundlich. Sauber und Ordentlich war es. Frühstück war dafür sehr gut - alles da was man brauch.

Het enige was goed was, is de ligging vlak bij Paddington station en allerlei winkels en restaurants in de omgeving. Het hotel zelf is echt compleet verouderd (volgens mij al 40 jaar niets meer vernieuwd) en ook vies. Vloerbedekking weggesleten en veel onbekende vlekken, bloed op de gordijnen en schimmel in de badkamer. Bedden versleten en kapot met veel vlekken, matrassen ook helemaal op, je ligt gewoon op de veren van de matras. Ook het ontbijt is erg karig, weinig keus en eieren alleen te krijgen tegen extra betaling.

Jag hade förväntat mig mer. Gamla slitna sängar, dålig internetkoppling som till och från kopplade ifrån, inte varmt vatten i duschen utan bara ljummet. Slitet rum, nej finns nog bättre alternativ.

Dejlig tæt på transport. God lokation . Søde medarbejder. God str. værelse. Elendig gammel fjedret seng . Sov dårligt fik ondt i skulder og ryg. Nedslidt inventar. Meget lydt , fik værelse lige ved elevatoren , det kunne høres da gulvene knirker voldsom og giver efter. Okay morgenmad.

Vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt prima en ligging uitstekend met Paddington station om de hoek. Mindere punten zijn de staat vd kamers. Tegels in badkamer los, vloer kraakt aan alle kanten, tv maar 1 kanaal. Maar voor kort verblijf en die prijs voldoet het aan de verwachting.

Het is allemaal vergane glorie. Roest in de badkamer, oud versleten vloerkleed, behang gebladderd, tegels badkamer los, lelijke kitranden. Verder wel schoon. Bedden hard als een plank. Opknappen ?? Renoveren?

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Leider das ganze Hotel innen war sehr alt,schmutzig. Unsere Zimmer war in einen katastrophalen Zustand. Sogar Bett vom meiner Tochter ist zusammen gebrochen. Alles sehr alt, schmutzig und kaputt. Ich habe auch Bilder gemacht.....Wir sind sehr enttäuscht.

Handy hotel.

Cosy and quiet hotel. Very poor quality TV if you enjoy your TV in bed though. It has a handy lift and is clean. Handy for all amenities and central. Safe area with shops and eateries all around. Situated on a nice quiet square. Great for price.

Svensktalande personal. Stort och bra rum även om det var lite slitet. Lät lite i elementen på kvällen när dom drog igång värme cirkulationspump. Väldigt bra hotell för priset jag betalade.

I visited the prperty over 30 yrs ago, and i had expection, only i had moved on and the property had,nt. The carpets where threadbare, the beds where uncomfortable with thin mattresses, the rooms certainly needed freshing up. Its in a great central location, jyst needs some TLC. Asked if i would stay again??? Mayb

Expensive for what it is

The hotel is expensive (£70 a night) for what it is. This is explained by the central location (Paddington station). However, the rooms are not clean, the shower and flush barely work, the lift is inconvenient (the button "zero" to go to the ground floor did not work... so you could use the lift to go up, but not down),... If you're on budget, it's an ok place to stay one night.
