Sängen hård, platta kuddar. I en garderob i sovrummet stod en varmvattenberedare som till och från lät mycket. Iskallt golv i köket. Den enda hyllan i kylskåpet var trasig, likaså hyllan i kylskåpsdörren. Så lite svårt att få in saker i kylen utan att det skulle paja totalt. Men bra pris med tanke på läget, så man får det man betalar för.

Godt og skidt på sammen tid.

Vi kom mandag. Negative ting: Tv virke ikke- kunne ikke se fjernsyn. Wi-fi var der ikke, virke ikke. Dårlig Signal, pga det er en kælder lejlighed. Ved brug af egen mobil. Ingen varme- der var koldt og Radiatorene virke ikke. Kun to doble dyner- Gode ting: God størrelse lejlighed, hyggelig, men slidt. Dejlige store håndklæder Udemærket seng. Beliggenheden, er fantastisk. Ligger godt. Hvis man vil se London. Gode muligheder. Slem trappe, ned fra vejen, hvis man er dårlig gående eller Bedlancer problemer.

Don’t waste your money here

Room wasn’t clean when we walked into our room ( it took them hours to clean it ) also the paint on the walls were chipping off and it smelled horrible once they finally got the room cleaned.

Fuyez cet appartement,

Appartement mal insonorisé. Toilettes ne fonctionnait pas, obligé de trouver un restaurant ou un bar. Contrairement au description sur votre site la TV et le WiFi ne fonctionne pas du tout ! Après plusieurs appel au service de maintenance et hôtels.com nous n’avons pas eu de réponses à nos demandes.

Horrible Experience

It was a horrible experience. My family was outside the apartment in the cold for over two hours with nobody to attend to them. Calls were unanswered, messages and emails unresponded to until after almost three hours. For the three days of the stay, TV was unconnected and no Wi-Fi. Never going to come back there, and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Could have been better

No hot water the first 24h. They did fix it the next day. Well equipped and nice kitchen with a washing machine but no dryer!! Also not a single trash can in any room. Several walls were damaged and needed to be repainted.

Where do I begin? Stairs from street are narrow and steep, also have trash and cigarette butts. Areaway is trashed. Doorway is always dripping from plant watering system above your head. No light on door entry push buttons, so you'd better always come in daylight or have a flashlight. No light on lockbox to get key. "King size" bed was a very hard double bed with no mattress pad, squeaky springs. We slept on the duvet and used bath towels for cover so we had a little padding. One very thin pillow for two people. No wifi, no tv signal (wifi was one of my requirements as I wanted to be able to research and plan for the next day at night rather than have to sit in a coffee shop and plan in the morning. Dryer didn't heat, so had to let clothes air dry all over the apartment for two days and still had damp clothes when it was time to pack. Emailed management about problems. No communication returned from management about problems. Noisy neighbors ( door banging and loud voices after 11 and before 7. No air conditioning (thankfully not needed); we did have nice hot water and large fluffy towels. Those were the only things about the apartment I could recommend.
