Great location in Leicester Square. Good value for the money for that location. Good A/C, room size decent for my 11yr old grandson and I. He had a fold out smaller (narrow) couch that was comfortable.

Location is excellent. Always felt safe. Staff when contacted were incredibly helpful. Our room felt dirty. Numerous marks on carpet, walls, fixtures. The bedding/closet/shower were all ok, but it just felt like a heavily used room. Our shower drain plugged on the last night which led to a very slow draining shower.

The main advantage of this hotel is the location. In the heart of theatre district, it is very well located to roam around by foot, buses or the tube. Although I understand this is their policy, early check-in result in a 20 pounds charge although the room was ready. We were just looking to put our baggage there. Also the free Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible. Room was cleaned and in good condition. The room had a tendency to get hot even it the outside temperature was about 22-23C requiring the use of AC most of the time.

Staff are rude. Room is very stuffy and smelly, and can't open windows. Air conditioner stopped working on last night, and room was very hot and humid Housekeeping poor and didn't visit our floor 2nd day. Really not much at all to like about this hotel, and definitely wouldn't recommend.
