Spacious room at low cost. But the room is very noisy facing car park with sounds of vehicles and people chatting, what makes it worse is sounds of aircrafts coming in and out..... no way to have good sleep here. Besides, no fridge at all, really harsh in summer days in London.
Reasonably nice experience: satisfactory customer service; but barely just acceptable bed condition that needs replacement

Good location & value for money
3 subway stops from Heathrow T1,2 &3, 5 mins walk from Hounslow central subway and to Hounslow high street, restaurants & coffee shops nearby.
Problem is sometimes free wifi can't be assessed at all
Fire alarm failure one morning at around 8am for 30+ mins very annoying

Not a bad idea to stay in
Comfy and clean. Located close to the Heathrow airport(only 3-4 stops) but bit far from central. It's close enough to the tube station and shops so that's safe and convenient.

clean, near station but in zone 4
near hounslow station and town center.
It will not clean if you stay one more nights untill you request them.
but we stayed 3 days and i asked no need room clean but help to clean bathroom. i told the reception and left a note on bed "only clean the bathroom". when we came back the room at night, it was overall cleaned.
i was not happy about this, but it still was not a really matter.

budget and clean place
near the metro but in zone 4.
the room is cold and the staff kindly to give us the heater in the room. So, +1.
one concern is that I have told them no need to clean the room but only bathroom, but the room was set up again when we were back to the room. So, -1.
A little unhappy, but nothing bad.
the tap water is sort of not very clear as i just felt inthe hotel. Not sure about this.
the staff are kind and willing to help and answer.
the town center is very near and many stores. Great as well.

This hotel was closed when I got there, I was left stranded by your company…….I bought and paid for this so needless to safe I need my money back ASAP, I am 88 years old and to have this happen to me was not acceptable, how did this happen? I decided to take a cab from Heathrow to the Ramada Inn at Hounslow east, cost me £40-, and to find I did not have a room after a long flight from San Diego, was so disappointing.

Wir wurden am Anreisetag mit einer Stornierung überrascht. Angeblich, da die Regierung das Hotel geschlossen hat. Nach Umbuchung durch Zusatzkosten von 140 Euro in ein katastrophales anderes Hotel, hätte ich kurioserweise das gleiche Hotel wieder buchn können, selbstverständlich gegen viel höhere Preise - komisch, oder?
Und jetzt werde ich per Mail benachrichtigt, dass ich eine Bewertung abgeben soll, für eine Buchung die garnicht stattgefunden hat? Mal abgesehen davon, dass auf Nachfrage bisher weder das Hotel noch Expedia selbst auch meine Beschwerde Emails reagiert hat - eine absolute Frechheit und an Dreißtigkeit nicht zu überbieten.

Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable.
Second time visiting London. We chose this hotel because it's close to transit. We booked for Sep 12 to 18.
The carpet in our room looked dirty and seemed to be stained. In the bathroom, the towel rack was rusted and the faucet was covered in something brown that didn't appear to be rust.
The hotel advertised laundry services on the Expedia website. The nearest laundromat was roughly 10 blocks away. I'm not sure if that qualifies as the hotel having laundry services or not.
The restaurant was opened for breakfast and then closed until 6:30pm. Ate at the restaurant once. 7 people in the dining room. It took 2.5 hours to get through the meal and I had to ask for the cheque twice. No vending machine on-site, no ice available. No fridge in the room so we could buy drinks and bring back. Went to the Travelodge next door to use their vending machine.
The lock on the door stopped working on day 2. They were going to send someone to replace the battery. Then they needed to order a new motor. We had to get staff to unlock our door with the master key whenever we returned.
On Sep 14, we returned from an outing. We were told that it would be our last night because the hotel was closing permanently the next day. Given what we observed while there, I'm not surprised in the least. I feel sorry for the people who lost their jobs, but very disappointed in the experience.
We did get a refund.
