No smoking/vaping, pets or parties. There will be scaffolding going up next door at some point this summer (2026). This is for decorative work and some repairs. There should not be any noise or disturbance. The WC is separate from the bathroom. The entrance of this home is reached by a flight of steps. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old.
