Disliked: Amenities, communication
Varasimme huoneen, joissa piti olla 2 parisänkyyn ja 2 yhden hengen sänkyä. Huoneessa oli 2 parisänkyä ja 1 yhden hengen puhallettava ilmapatja. Toisesta parisängystä puuttui kokonaan lakana. Huoneistoa ei ollut muutenkaan varusteltu viidelle keittiön osalta. Asiakaspalveluun joutui laittamaan kymmeniä viestejä asioiden korjaamiseksi eikä ensimmäiseksi yöksi esimerkiksi saatu lakanaan sänkyyn ollenkaan. Asuntoa vuokrataan esteettömänä ja mainitaan hissistä, mutta hissi ei vienyt perille, vaan sinne joutui kiipeämään yhden kerroksen jyrkähköt ullakkoportaat. Asiakaspalvelun kanssa yhteistyö oli niin vaikeaa, ettemme tähän kohteeseen kyllä menisi missään tapauksessa uudestaan.
