Trendy 3-bed London apt w/ balcony and walking distance to Old St & Shoreditch

Welcome to this stylish apartement located in the midsts of Shoreditch’s bustling attractions. Accesible from Angel and Old street tubes (only a 10 minute walk from old street station), the apartement is bright modern and super quiet and cosy in contrast with its spirited surrounding areas day and night.

All three bedrooms are equipt with double beds and wardrobes. With two bedrooms having work spaces also. The flat is on the ground floor and 100 square metres, charming and clean. The fully fitted open plan kitchen that has all appliances which you are more than welcome to use if you fancy cooking at home. The property also offers a small balcony where we have placed an outdoor table for two. The bathroom is shared between the 3 bedrooms which it why the toilet and bathroom are convinetly split into two room for simultanious use. Its just over a 10 minute walk to Old street station, which has extensive connections into Central London. There are plenty of art galleries, bars,cafes, clothing stores and restaurnts nearby. I’ve created a Guidebook for my guest where they can recive more info on the local area, restaurants and attractions.
