总体还是不错的
非常好的地点，几乎所有景点都能步行到达。房间有点小，没有行李架，隔音效果不好，楼下酒吧的音乐听的很清楚。服务很好，但是早餐不是全部免费的，而且收费的餐点也不标明价格，很无语。

Location is the best! Just right above M&M and 3 mins walk to the Queen’s theatre. 5 mins walk to either Piccadilly or Leicester Square tube station. However the room design is bad! They is not a formal toilet. It’s just a toilet booth and shower booth. The shower booth door leaks water so when finished shower, the floor outside the booth which is the room area will get wet! Very bad design! Besides, the worse is that they put sensor to control the light of the two booth. I agree it’s environmental safe but the time is just too short! The toilet light (just a tiny spot light only) went off two three times when I went to toilet and went off four/five times when shower. Called to front desk to complain but they can’t do anything

和其他的W Hotel，這是比較一般的W Hotel
優點：地點方便，十分近地鐵站、音樂劇表演場地、唐人街，附近亦多餐廳，保安好，服務人員態度優良。 有待改變： 1）要求每兩天收拾房間一次，但沒有換床單。 2）住2樓，附近的噪音隱約聽到。 3）廁所的燈短時間經常自動關閉。 4）早餐的食物質素很普通。 5）洗手盆在廁所外，但太淺，水易濺出。

酒店地點在市中心下樓便是唐人街，兩個地鐵及購物中心都祇是幾分鐘路程！美中不足是兩張單人床褥中間有些凹陷！

First time to stay at W hotel, really different experience from others hotels. The design of the room was beautiful. I definitly will choose to stay there again for the future.

Worse staying experience ever
Shower broken and nearly scalded by extremely hot water because the tap cannot turn to use cold water. They agreed to change the roombut we were waiting over 20 minutes in our room. Finally the room is changed. But after 5 minutes shower the whole room is flooded because the drainage is completely blocked. Someone come and fixed it and then dried the room. 11pm already!! Never return!

Thank you for your review. Being in an unbeatable location in London, unfortunately restricts the view for most of our room. However, we do count with room categories overlooking Leicester Square (like our Extreme WOW Suite), and also some other rooms that will cover your need for more space, like our Cool Corner rooms which counts with sitting space, working desk, and a separate bathroom area which may be more suitable to your needs. 地點非常方便，市中心，酒店設計新式，比較適合年青人。床很大很舒服。 但浴室很小，根本沒有放置衣物的地方及架子，換衣服必須在外面（事實上洗面台及毛巾都是在外面），未必適合朋友共住。

首先地理位置一流，酒店廁所的洗澡的地方無位放毛巾，洗澡完外面一地水，要自己抹地，我们住的房間服務員話我們的房型不包括Wifi,這麽貴的房價都無wifi，房價要港幣32OO元，房間也没有提供熱水壺，只供應1枝免費水，下次不會再入住。

Excellent location, good service
Excellent location with lots of different cusine restaurants in the same area. Convenient to go to everywhere. Especially suitable for young couples. The room is not small but is impractical . The new design sink is placed in the middle of the room.

之前看到很多关于W HOTEL的负面评价，比如吵、房间小等，其实确实有这些情况——你选择了它正中心极其方便的位置，就必须得接受一些相应的负面，而世界上完美的东西是不存在的。伦敦作为世界上最顶级的大都市，它的夜晚必定喧闹。如果你很在意安静，这不会是你的绝佳选择——当然，你也可以要求住在高层、东面，这样会安静很多，而我就是提前写邮件给酒店做了此番要求，所以噪音是没有什么的。房间的尺寸确实很小，但是你会惊讶它的设计和布局的精细。曾住过伦敦的希尔顿、朗豪酒店，房间更小；住过Landmark，房间确实大许多，不过价格也贵许多、位置要差一些。总之，W LONDON会是你感受伦敦魅力的非常棒的选择！

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the W London. However, I would note this hotel is best suited for singles and younger couples. It would not be an ideal hotel for business travelers or family. W is known to be a fun and hip vibe, which this hotel is. However the room had a bit of an awkward layout with no real bathroom and the sink in the middle of the room in an island. Location is very convenient in Leicester Sq and at the doorstop of the entrance to Chinatown.

Great hotel, although not offering good value for money. The rooms are fantastic and quiete, despite being in the centre of London. The bar owner not Greta though (mediocre cocktails and terrible DJ), but there are plenty of other options around.
