Clean and tidy apartment. No extra sheets or towels however.

Nice place but however the service was horrible.. once we checked me, we contacted the management about house supplies 2 days later and no one ever came by to drop off any.

I usually don't post reviews unless they deserve them. Apartment was not clean at all, dirty floors dirty shower and the previous tenants body wash and shampoo were left on the shower floor. Would not stay here again

Don't book
The most disappointing stay ever. I booked a double room apartment and was fined of with 2 studios which were in separate buildings. One of which had no hot water during the stay and stank of Indian curry.
We could not get hold of the owners neither could hotels.com who tried several times and who did not phone me back on the 2 promised occasions.
I would not recommend these apartments nor hotels.com a ruined weekend which happens once a year with family from Italy and Ireland

Worst accommodation in forty years
Staff that meet you are not pleasant. They clearly only want your money. I would suggest you look for anywhere else but here

Not worth £5 a night
Room was in terrible condition. Shower didn't work, bed is broken. Awful just awful.

Worst stay ever
Terrible service. The room is half the size they advertise and very tired. The agents are rude and obnoxious. wished I had paid more and strayed somewhere nicer

cheap for a London stay but shabby and disorganise
didn't receive a phone number to contact anyone and the address given was also incorrect. Other serviced apartments reception gave us a number. without that help we would not have found the apartment, we were told this happened all the time. once we arrived friendly welcome but odd experience of being asked for bank account details to refund a credit card pre payment for damages. told money been recredited to credit card 2 days later - still to check and confirm
