"The best characteristic is it's location, which is superb. The underground carpark can be very full at times,and no reservations are accepted, which means you may not have a carpark which can be a major issue."

"The view was incredible, property size was great , communication with host was good, however this is where it ends. For a luxury stay, we were certainly expecting more. The cleanliness was something that definitely needs to be addressed. This property has obviously only had a minimalist surface clean happening for quite some time and is desperate need of a drastic deep clean. "

"Comfortable house with amazing views of Hobart and the Derwent river. It fitted the 5 of us well. The house would not suit anyone with mobility issues as it is on a very steep hill. Buses are close by and Ubers easy to come by to get to Hobart central. Note that there is no spa “pool” but rather there are 2 spa baths. A lovely stay in a very beautiful location. "
