Fun family holiday

The property is very well equipped, with comfortable beds and plenty of room for a large extended family. The pool and grassed backyard were excellent for the whole family to have fun together. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing house

We had a amazing stay in this beautiful home. Was very big and had a great layout for Ppl to have their own space, beds were super comfy and clean, little view of jetty from balcony is good too over all I liked the house only down fall is the bugs. They are everywhere u can’t stop them from coming in as they climb under door, one night a friend woke up to a centipede on her face lol as they are everywhere overall great house and place to stay if u have the great bunch of company to spend it with

lovely but so many rules and cameras everywhere. we felt like we were watched the whole time.

lovely big home. lots of rules and cameras. BBQ very small 1 bed was not made at all , no sheets or blankets. and no spare blankets, its happen to be a cold weekend.

Great Location but had some issues with the house

Location was great. Accommodation for a large family is good. The downside to this place is that it was not clean, the furniture is very old and the downstairs accomodation had a mould smell, it was dirty with hair pilled up in the drain of the shower therefore we could not use the downstairs area (leaving us with 4 bedrooms instead of the 5 we needed). There was no sheets on the bunk or trundle, the toilet had a leak and the timer on the dryer is set at 10 mins and this could not be changed. The pool was loosing water and the tiles are lifting, therefore kids where getting cuts whilst in the pool. This place can be a 5 star rating but requires a good uplift, good clean and updated comfortable furniture. The above was all reported to Century21 but did not receive any communication from them.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself was great for our party. However the restrictions were a dampner on our stay. This was very disappointing. We have never stated in a place where restrictions are so limiting. We didn’t want to party, just catch up with our group. We wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone under 70. Only for the oldies this place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second visit in three years and probably not our last. The house provided ample room for our party of 10 with the kids spending most of their time in the pool. Nicely positioned in relation to the attractions of the area while still being very quiet and relaxed.

Excellent house with everything you need for a short or long stay. The kitchen was well equiped and there is plenty of room to relax. Great pool and games area downstairs, and a short walk to the lake. Definitely recommend this house...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in the house. It was spacious and the pool area was lovely. The most disappointing element was the lack of kitchen equipment. To say the house sleeps 11 guests there wasn’t nearly enough plates/glasses etc and I would have expected plastic glasses for the outdoor area. Also lacked basic kitchen utensils and made cooking for a large group particularly hard. Other than that everything else was great.

Very disappointing with the kitchen accessories. 1 teaspoon! No oven trays. All drawers were empty! Fan in main bedroom Doesn’t work battery flat! No dishwasher tablets

New Years 19/20

Nice big house with a pool. Good location to the large walking track to the lake and beach. House lacked some basic kitchen items such as utensils and good selection of pans. Tv was a little complicated to use, however we managed. Downstairs layout was a bit odd with no sink in the en-suite, no AC downstairs either, which for the price we paid should be standard. Overall we were happy with our stay, suitable for our 3 families staying with young kids.
