Relax on your one of your private decks. Main deck is provided with a propane grill which runs on 1# cylinders so you may want to pick up a couple of them when you go shopping. Relax and take a dip in your pool, heated to 85F whenever the outside temp is above 60F, shared by only 11 other units or hop in your boat and head out for the best fishing of your life. There is a Dock Fee of $100 for the first week and $50 per week for additional weeks, not included in price, if you are utilizing the dock

To make sure that you make the most of your stay we will even loan you a couple of fishing poles

Our unit is one of 12 condos on our own little island between Islamorada and Marathon, directly on the Atlantic Ocean. The location is ideal for boating, fishing and SCUBA diving, just laying around the pool or relaxing on one of your decks. Channel 5 bridge is just to the north to allow access to either the Atlantic Ocean or the Bay of Florida. We have a town house with parking for 2 vehicles or one vehicle and a trailer under the unit. Our address is 69500 Overseas Highway at MM69.5.

There is an ADA compliant lift to the main floor reserved for Owners and Guests that are handicapped. The lift does not provide access to the Master suite on the upper floor

The upper floor contains the Master Suite which is expansive with a 20Ft x 25Ft deck, a large Master Bath with a walk in shower and large tub. The main floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two twins. There is a full bath also. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and linens. Six beach towels are also provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped, providing all recently updated major and small appliances including mixers and even a blender. You’ll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Wi-Fi is available at no charge for your added convenience.
