Bicester Long Pond Hotels

"Rooms were clean and functional. Bed extremely comfortable and nice scented toiletries. Plenty of USB sockets. Air conditioning was very effective and very quiet. Room was also very quiet despite being close to the A43. Car parking was plentiful and right outside the accommodation. Be sure to book a ground floor room if you do not like stairs as there is no lift. Only down side was the bar closed before 11pm"

"The Heyford had positves and negatives for me. Positives 1) Michael. Nothing was too much for him. He is personable and did his utmost to make sure I had a pleasant stay with you, so big thanks to him. 2) The room. I stayed in the deluxe room and it is a big spacious room with a comfortable bed and balcony. 3) Food. After reading the reviews, I was expecting to be let down by the food, but everything I had was delicious. Negatives 1) I'm pedantic and felt perhaps the room could be cleaner. 2) I came for my birthday and mentioned this twice to the hotel, but I didn't even get a handwritten card wishing me well, which I thought was a shame. 3) Slippers. Paying £400 a night for a room and not getting slippers is quite wild."

"Very nice and homely lovely and quiet for when you just want to relax after a long day out would liked to have more amenities as we came from out of area so had to find the shops and day trips by looking it up on our phone ect.. and mybe a little welcome basket with butter and jam and sauces ect the bottle water and the milk was great just other little bits and a pen would have been helpful but would book again "

"Fantastic place for a group of friends to spend a weekend doing very little! Perfect location for Bicester village. Great pubs on the doorsteps. Everything you needed to cook a sunday lunch, enjoy the hot tub and really cosy with the log burners on. All in all a fantastic place to meet up with friends who live all over the country as we did!"

"The first house we were supposed to stay in looked great however it had no internet. With one pre teen and a teenager this is very much a deal breaker. They offered us a similar house but not quite as big. All was good. Then we woke up on the first morning to find ants in the kitchen, they'd got into some of the food we bought. As compensation we were offered a 100 credit and a game of bowling.Most of the staff were great."
