The Beachcomber is a well-maintained, six-story, 40-unit building located right on the beach, and has a lovely heated pool for the residents exclusive use. Our condo has been updated with a tropical theme and is completely furnished with bedding, linens, kitchen utensils, air fryer, and cookware. The end unit with southern exposure ensures a bright sunny vacation experience. We are located across the street and within easy walking distance of the Publix grocery market, tennis courts, restaurants, and several smaller shops. Saint Armands Circle shopping district is a five minute drive, downtown Sarasota and the Palm Avenue art galleries are ten minutes away. We are unit 302 at the Beachcomber. On behalf of our guests and owners that suffer from asthma and allergies, no pets are allowed on the property. No exceptions! $300 fine. Please note: We do not allow Sunday or holiday arrivals and require a 7 night minimum stay. Beach front units are available to reserve online up to ten (10) months in advance, however you may call or contact us directly for a reservation up to twelve (12) months in advance.
