An Honest Assessment

The positives - breathtaking views, great location, good size, pool area very good, beach access awesome. Realty company very good with addressing concerns. The negatives - We were hoping to be wowed but the unit really needs a complete makeover. Stuck in the 70's. Walls need patching and fresh coat of paint. Main furniture dated, patio furniture cushions dirty. New coffee maker a MUST! How about a Keurig? New bath towels needed, no wash cloths - we bought our own. Washer/dryer issue was addressed and fixed but we should have not had to chase this down like we did. GFI outlet near master bath needs to be relocated. No outlet in guest bath. Master bath extremely small and needs hooks to hang things. Owner needs to invest some money if she wants to continue to get the rate she is requesting.
