「Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. 」

「The owner never responded to us with check in information. I finally got ahold of VRBO support and they were unable to contact the owner either and cancelled our reservation while I was at the airport leaving for our flight. VRBO support gave us options that were over twice the price. We had to stay at a hotel that was very expensive and we lost the use of a kitchen which meant we had to eat out. 」

「The property is great, it's so nice to rent a property that has proper sized bedrooms, and a decent sitting area for everyone, often the seating/sofa options are limited!The house was generally clean, there were a few detailed bits that could have been cleaner but I'm probably being picky here.
