There is a terrace patio to the front providing fantastic views of the sea and Looe Island. To the rear is a large lawned garden with a more secluded decked area and safe play equipment for children including a climbing frame, swing and trampoline. The gardens are fully equipped for family BBQs and enjoying the Cornish sunshine. The property has good access and off road parking for 3 cars.
Deep Blue Shore is fully equipped with the latest gadgets, as well as the Sky in the main living room already mentioned, the second living room has 37 inch flat screen TV with freeview and BlueRay DVD and there are 27 inch flat screen TVs in all bedrooms (32 inch in the master bedroom upstairs). Wifi access if free and there are a great range of books, CDs and DVDs.
The High Spec kitchen is fully equipped for everything that you may need to cater for large groups and family meals. Includes a stainless steel American style fridge freezer, stainless steel range cooker, dishwasher, granite workstops and a beautiful oak dining table and chairs with seating for 10 people. There is also a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of extra storage space. The large boot room has plenty of hanging and storage space for all your outdoor clothes, together with room for your buckets and spaces crabbing lines, nets and all your other beach stuff!
Ground floor accommodation comprises the kitchen diner, two lounges and bedroom with zip and link beds which can be arrange as singles or a superking, this bedroom has an ensuite shower room. Upstairs are two further superking doubles, one with ensuite shower room and a room with two sets of bunk beds suitable for 4 children. An additional family bathroom and shower room are also on this floor. With a ground floor bedroom and bathroom this property is suitable for guests with limited mobility, please note there are two steps from the parking area in to the front door.
