Great country property

Very clean and kitchen was fantastic with lot of utensils. Beds were comfortable as well!

Nice, secluded and comfortable

The house is nice, tha area is great and out of the way and it's close to some great restaurants and shopping. The kids loved the lizards and frogs and seeing the animals at the neighbors. Had a great time!

Very nice and clean

Everything up to date and very clean. Very spacious and bright and open floor plan. New furniture. A few tips. The master bathroom does not have electricity so make sure your hair dryer has a long cord because you have to plug into bedroom outlet. Also master toilet and shower are tight fit. Fine for me 5’ 4” 115 lbs but may be tricky for a man. The half bath is in the garage. Just fyi. Not a problem for us at all. Parking in garage is super helpful! The place is super secluded and very dark and quiet. But still close to both loomis downtown and granite bay as well as Folsom Lake. The fenced yard is nice for pets though the bottom is about 6-8 inches from the ground so be aware with little dogs. Also the street to get there turns into a gravel road so understand there may be some rocks kicking up onto your paint from your car tires. I had a very peaceful and perfect stay. The host is the mostess! Very helpful and responsive.

Very quiet

Nice little property for a weekend get away. It’s remote enough that it is not crowded but also close enough to all the modern amenities within a 10 min drive. There is a second smaller unit on the same property rented out another tenant, and you do share the same driveway.
