Retreat to this modern, cozy and relaxed 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach bungalow just a short walk from the waves. Located on Paseo de la Playa, or pathway to the beach, this house is perfectly situated for a vacation spent soaking up the sunny Southern California weather, eating at exceptional restaurants in the Hollywood Riviera, and relaxing after a day of exploring the greater Los Angeles area.

Reunion

We walked to restaurants and shops. A variety of sitting areas allowed our group of 7 to be all together or go off for more private conversations. Proximity to airport was extremely convenient. And the house was equipped with anything a group might need. Highly recommend this property.

Ocean side house

The property was wonderful. Very clean and well appointed with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Walkable to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The management was responsive and very communicative. Fantastic place.

Everything and more

Great property. Better in person than photos shown in listing. Fully stocked kitchen if you like to cook. Overall very good vibes. I wish we could have stayed there longer, most likely will return.
