Cozy Apartment unit is Available to Rent

Dear housing LLC provides shorter rental housing. This apartment is 2 bedroom and 1 bath, living room, full kitchen and a laundry room. Rental terms are from one day to thirty days. you full rent the place, not shared. 6 people can sleep and we provide air bed for the 7th person if it is necessary. we have baby cribs too. Unfortunately, it is a street parking that pretty much our guest are able to find

Wonderful Stay

This is one of the best property's we have stayed at for 30 days. All the amenities were clean and very nice, especially the beds for the children. The property manager was attentive and communicative in checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be closed to the Pacific Ocean in Long Beach, CA.

Unsafe neighborhood

Unfortunately we couldn’t even get into the property because of how unsafe we felt in the neighborhood. We had to end up staying a hotel for our vacation. When we contacted the owner the day after our check in date she seemed like she was open to work with us and was quick to respond to us. After a couple days of not hearing back, I reached out and it took her a very long time to respond. She then told me she wasn’t going to do anything about it and continued to ignore me. It should be disclosed that this place is in an awful area. I don’t recommend coming here with kids
