There was NO HOT WATER for the showers for TWO days!
The front desk said the G.M. would contact me, Jerry Guzman. He never did.
I contacted Experian since I went through them to book. They called the hotel several times and NO ONE picked up the phone. It just keeps ringing!!
I called the front desk girl, Hillary on Thursday evening, and she said they are CURRENTLY working on the boilers but this was not a truthful statement as the morning shift person said they would would be working on the issue the next morning and not the evening before!
Also, check in with Mohamad, the assistant Manger was horrible as he said they would let me know when my room was ready.
He then left his shift an hour later and two front desk ladies showed up and never communicated that my room was ready.
I had to ask and stand in line after I say MANY checking in.
This Hotel is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE when it comes to customer service and the quality of the stay.
HOT WATER is not a luxury, but rather a REQUIREMENT!!!
I have asked for my refund and they consistently ignore me.
I will be contacting Westin ownership if I do not receive my refund.
Experian has also sent an Email to the General Manager, Jerry Guzman, but as of this date, I have no response
People have a Choice where to stay. The ELEMENT IS A POOR CHOICE.
