This was such an enjoyable stay. Rooms were very nice and spacious and clean. The staff was tremendous and accommodating. The coffee bar and the breakfast buffet were such a nice added touch.

When we got there it was a very weird interaction with the guy on the front desk, next morning we didn’t like the breakfast, don’t get me wrong I’m not complaining since it’s complementary, but just heads up, they didn’t have eggs and they even had the “eggs” sign on, oatmeal was very thick, the walnuts they had for the oatmeal were stale or had a funky taste, other than that everyone is very nice and overall it was a good stay

just renivated so was nice but attention to detail was off toiletries in the room were not filled cover for box spring was 1/2 on there was a tear in the new cornice box so welting was hanging when check in the coffee area was not prepped for having coffee we had to refill the lids ourselves little things that make a 3 star into a 4 star

Phone in the room did not work and had to go downstairs couple times to get some stuff from the front desk. What’s the point of paying premium price and not be able to receive appropriate service level.

Best stay we have had in LA. Seriously skip all the other hotels listed and stay here. Wry friendly and helpful staff, they were all in a good mood and smiling, that says a lot about how the place is run. Breakfast was very good. Close to the freeway but away from the bustle of downtown.

Excellent service & very accommodating
This hotel is very clean & comfortable. It was centrally located for the event we were in town for. The manager, David was very accommodating with a situation we had. I had booked 2 rooms, one for my sister & I snd one for my elderly father. We were in town for a family event. My father’s flight from Bend, Oregon had been cancelled the day before, due to weather, so he wouldn’t be able to make it. David allowed us to cancel his room even though we were beyond the cancellation point. Thank you, David, for being so accommodating & yes, I will stay here next time I am in town.
