Worst hotel ive stayed at, the actual property is pretty nice snd decent rooms feels pretty safe, but the staff were very rude and left us in a completely different room than we paid for. Still charged us more and our original room was given to another guest. Only one staff member was very understanding but im never staying at this hotel again. Unless you want a headache dont bother booking this hotel, theres much nicer hotels around the area.

I had to make a last-minute reservation due to a canceled flight. I arrived very late, but staff was very accommodating in getting me my room. The staff in the restaurant were all very nice and made sure I was taken care of. Even though check out was noon, my flight didn’t leave until 8 PM. I was allowed to check my bag and stay around the lobby while I waited for the shuttle to take me to the airport.

Perfect overnighter before ornafter a trip to Sofi Stadium. I took a shuttle suggested by stagg and had a carefree wanderful adventure at a Sofi concert. No hassles. Good breakfast buffet. Pricy parking but it comes with in and out oriveliges. We were right next to the airport but i never heard a plane. Slept like a log.

After we checked in, our non smoking room smelled so strongly of marijuana. There wasn’t anything they could do except come spray some room spray for us. After the event we came back and couldn’t find anywhere to park. Ended up pulling into the parking garage which was apparently under construction? No signs anywhere indicating this. We pulled in behind three other cars that were stuck with no way out. The exit was completely blocked off. We were in there for almost an hour trying to turn around (all spots were taken so we couldn’t even use a parking spot to turn around.) Went up front to see what we could do and were told to wait for security. It is a small pull up space so we were in the way of other cars pulling in but had nowhere to go. Finally some man aggressively walked up to my car and was rude and condescending asking why I cant drive out of the way.Told him I was instructed by the front desk to wait for security. After more rudeness, he said he was the manager and that I needed to move. Why he didn’t calmly approach my vehicle and introduce himself as the manager (Kevin) and ask how he could help in the first place is a mystery to me. Absolutely horrible customer service and attitude towards me for their own parking situation. We were simply waiting for security as instructed to help us find somewhere to park. The aggressive attitude was uncalled for. I ended up having to park in a red zone on the property. The ONLY person that was nice and helpful was Darlene.

I stayed there when the crowdstrike issue was happening and couldn’t board my flight. I didn’t expect them to solve the problem- everyone was going through it. I DID, expect them to be courteous and not make the situation more miserable. All the staff I dealt with were rude and acted like the guests were the problem. I saw families, business travelers (like myself) and international travelers all treated like one big annoyance to the staff. It was so bad that I spent money on an Uber and had breakfast off property so that I wouldn’t be supporting them any more than I already had.

It was kind of expensive, however, it was very clean, and the staff was very nice. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel because at $25 per person, that’s also very expensive The room itself was nice, but the carpeting is in really bad shape and desperately needs to be replaced At one point, it was also very loud in the hallway and I wish somebody would have told these people to keep it down I would probably stay there again if I found a better price
